Where are you?

We’re in the busy town of Hamilton, situated on Quarry Street straight across from the Train Station and Bus Station.  There is on-street parking at the shop with parking meters and we are a 3minute walk from the Multi Story Car Park across from Marks & Spencer.


Do I need an appointment? 

Yes, it would be advisable to book an appointment. We like to offer our brides a bespoke one to one service. You can call us or book online using our Book Now tool. You will receive an email confirmation of your appointment and an email reminder nearer the date. We are normally quieter during the week where you can pop in for a look at our dresses.


Do you charge for an appointment? 

We don't charge for our appointments however we would ask that you please give us a call or a message if you are unable to make your appointment.


How long is an appointment? 

Our appointments are about 1 hour 15mins long - this gives you plenty of time to try on a variety of dresses and find The One! 

What to expect at my appointment?

Our appointments are generally quite relaxed. We will discuss what style of dress you are looking for, if you are not sure that is Ok too, we would then give you time to browse through our dresses and choose which ones you would like to try on. We have years of experience in helping brides and sometimes we will suggest a dress for you to try if we think it could be The One!


Who should I bring with me?

It’s nice for a bride to bring 2 or 3 people with them, this helps you to take time to choose the dress of your choice and avoids lots of different opinions. If you have a large bridal party and would like to bring them all we would ask you to please let us know before your appointment. 


What should I wear?

It is entirely up to you, we would suggest nude or white underwear and detachable straps are a good idea. We would also suggest you bring shoes with you that you would be comfortable in when trying on dresses.

What size is your sample dresses?

Our sample dresses come in various sizes from a size 10 to 18. Most wedding dresses are made smaller than the average high street sizing so be prepared to go up one or two sizes when trying on wedding dresses.

What prices are your dresses?

We have a stunning collection of Bridal Gowns and Bridesmaids Dresses at reasonable and affordable prices. Our Bridal Gowns range from £800 to £1850 We also have a lovely range of sample dresses that are available to buy and take away on the day for last minute brides or brides on a budget. Priced from £199 to £900

How much deposit do I pay?

We normally ask you to pay a 50% deposit at the time of ordering and the remaining balance will be due when your dress is due to arrive in store. We also have a low deposit option with the balance being paid monthly if you would find this more affordable.


How long does a dress take to come in?

All our dresses are made to order and can take up to 6 months to be delivered. Some of our designers carry a stock of priority gowns which we can receive quicker, or we can place a rush order for brides on a short timescale.


Do you have a seamstress for dress alterations?

We have an Independent alterations company who come into the store once a month for fittings. If you want to book your first fitting at the store or direct with the seamstress, we can arrange that for you, or if you wish to use an alternative company, we will have your dress all ready for you to take away. Fittings are normally 6 to 8 weeks before your wedding, you will require your wedding shoes and your underwear for your first fitting. Alterations costs are quoted by the seamstress and paid direct to her at your first fitting. Second fittings are carried out at the seamstress shop normally 2 to 3 after your first fitting.

When do I collect my dress?

Your dress is normally ready to take away at your second fitting. If your dress arrives months or even years before your wedding, we would book an appointment for you to come in and try on your dress with your accessories. We would then ask you take your dress home until nearer your fitting date. In some instances, we can store the dress for you, please ask for more details at the time.
